Soma Tides offers handcrafted aromatherapy and botanical body-care products — body butters, bath soaks, mists, soaps, and ritual oils — made in small batches by Jen Gagnon. Soma Tides is a Soulistic Vibes creation, operated from the United States. All prices on this site are listed in US dollars (USD).
Soma Tides products are personal-care and aromatherapy products intended for relaxation and self-care rituals. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Payment is processed securely by our payment providers — primarily Stripe Checkout (some orders may be completed through Shopify’s secure checkout). We never see or store your full card details. When you place an order you confirm that the payment and delivery information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
We will confirm your order once payment has been received. If a product becomes unavailable after you order — each batch is made by hand in limited quantities — we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund of the affected item.
Prices and product availability may change at any time. If we discover a pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you before fulfilling it so you can confirm or cancel at the corrected terms.
Shipping rates, destinations, and estimated delivery times are described on our Shipping & Returns page. The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Our products are for external use only. As with any product containing botanicals and essential oils, we recommend a patch test before first use, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before using products containing essential oils. Full ingredient lists appear on each product label.
All content on this site — including product names, formulations, descriptions, photography, and branding — is the property of Soma Tides, Soulistic Vibes, and Jen Gagnon unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soma Tides is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Soma Tides operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
