Where we ship from

Every order is handcrafted, packed, and shipped by Jen from the United States via USPS. Because each product is made in small batches, please allow a few business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Shipping rates

We keep shipping simple — one flat rate based on your destination and the weight of your parcel. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates begin once your parcel is with USPS and are indicative, not guaranteed — carriers occasionally run late.

Shipping to Canada

Canadian orders ship via USPS international service. Customs processing can add time beyond the estimates above, and any import duties or taxes assessed at the border are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We want your ritual to feel right. If something is off with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work it out together.

Body-care products — for hygiene reasons, products made for use on the body (butters, soaps, soaks, mists, and oils) cannot be returned once opened or used.
Unopened products — reach out within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
Damaged or incorrect orders — if your order arrives damaged or something is missing or wrong, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
